What
is professional coaching?
Professional coaches
provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results
in their personal and professional lives.
Coaches help people improve
their performances and enhance the quality of their lives.
Coaches are trained to listen,
observe and customize their approach to individual client needs.
We seek to elicit solutions
and strategies from the client;
we believe the client is naturally
creative and resourceful.
The coach's job is
to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity the client
already has.
What
are the benefits of hiring a coach?
Individuals who
engage in a coaching relationship can expect to experience fresh perspectives
on personal challenges and opportunities,
enhanced thinking and decision making skills, enhanced interpersonal effectiveness,
and increased confidence in carrying out their chosen work and life roles.
Consistent with
a commitment to enhancing their personal effectiveness, they can also expect
to see appreciable results in the areas of productivity, personal satisfaction
with life and work, and the achievement of personally relevant goals.
How
does the coaching program work?
The program begins with
a no obligation complimentary trial session after which both coach and client
can decide whether the right chemistry exists between them to begin the partnership.
The program consists of
12 sessions each lasting around 80 minutes and spans 3 months.
Three inspiring primary
goals are developed through a powerful creative process.
Together we develop a
series of strategies for achieving each goal, working our way thro roadblocks,
challenges and insights as we progress along the journey.
Actions based on the strategies
are identified, agreed upon and completed each week moving you forward thro
a series of empowering steps. We like to call these “small victories”.
To achieve goals you set
you will probably have to do a few things differently.
Doing things differently
can be quite challenging at times and require a much bigger commitment.
The good news is people
find the times they have a coach to be incredibly personally rewarding and
they get fantastic results.

have something that you have never had,
you
have to be prepared to do something you have never done”
